MATCHA FEVER
2024
Matcha Fever is a Minneapolis-based band gaining recognition and building a strong presence in the Twin Cities music scene. As their popularity grew, they needed a cohesive brand to connect with fans and stand out to potential venues. The project began with updating their logo—a Y2K-inspired design that bridges 80s rock vibes with Gen Z aesthetics while paying homage to their Asian roots. From there, I developed a comprehensive brand identity and art direction, unifying their social media, streaming platforms, and in-person presence. The collaboration expanded to include website design and merchandise, boosting fan engagement and creating new revenue streams.

A key feature of their website is the integration of interactive 3D renderings. The logo on the home page reacts to mouse movement as do the pictures on the contact page.
